Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error. Where Cash on Delivery is available, payment is collected on delivery; other payment methods are processed securely at checkout. We will contact you using the details provided if there is an issue with your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, courier delays, or remote locations. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once an order is delivered to the address provided.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, once the returned item has been received and inspected.
